Rimas Petrulis

As the Senior Vice President of Investment Management at Morgan Properties, Rimas Petrulis is responsible for structuring and executing real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions. He also implements numerous asset management initiatives.  

Since joining the company in 2004, Rimas has helped Morgan Properties develop one of the most successful value-add acquisition programs in the market, as well as one of the most capable multifamily financing platforms. He also played an integral role in Morgan Properties’ 16,806-unit acquisition of Kushner Companies’ multifamily portfolio.

Prior to joining Morgan Properties, Rimas served in an investment management role at Oxford Realty Financial Group. Rimas attended the University of Maine, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in finance. He later received an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.
